The Joust New Venture Competition Finals

The UCF Joust New Venture Competition (NVC) is UCF’s premier startup showcase event. It celebrates the entrepreneurial efforts of student starters across our campus, introduces them to community leaders and provides resources necessary to launch their ventures. The top four ventures will earn up to $75,000 in cash and essential business services.

AGENDA

12:30 p.m. Contestant and Judge Check-In

- Registration for judges and student teams will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m.

1:00 p.m. Introductions

1:15 – 3:15 p.m. Presentations (Pegasus Ballroom)

-Students will have 15 minutes to present their pitch deck, with remaining time allocated for Q&A from the judging panel. You will then have a few minutes to fill out an evaluation form before the next team begins its presentation.

- Award announcements should conclude around 3:30 p.m. We then invite you to join us for a reception where you can mingle with our students, judges, and guests.
